Use of the Service

• You agree to use Spindles only for lawful, personal, and non-abusive purposes.
• You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Apple Music Integration

Spindles may allow you to connect your Apple Music account to access playlists, library metadata, and playback features. Your use of Apple Music is subject to Apple's terms and policies. Spindles does not store your Apple Music login credentials.

AI-Generated Content

Certain features of Spindles use automated systems to generate or organize listening sessions based on your inputs. Generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Payments are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
• Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple.
• Access to paid features may change if a subscription expires or is canceled.

Intellectual Property

Spindles and its design, branding, and original content are owned by Spindles or its licensors. Music, album artwork, and related media are owned by their respective rights holders.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spindles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
